Damaged or faulty items:
We want you to love your Forever Phone™, however, if your item arrives damaged or isn’t working, email us immediately at support@eternalkeepsake.store and include photos.

We will replace or refund it at no cost to you - that's our promise.

Change of mind:
Unfortunately, due to the nature of custom events and limited stock, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds.

Lost packages:
We're yet to lose one yet and have no plans to, but if tracking shows no movement for 30 days, we will reship your order or provide a full refund - no questions asked.
